Refrigeration system common problems:

 

The failure analysis and processing of the cold storage temperature can not be reduced

The cold storage temperature is too high. After inspection, it is found that the temperature of the two reservoirs is only -4 °C ~ 0 °C, and the liquid supply solenoid valves of the two banks are open. The compressor starts more frequently, and the situation does not improve when the converter is operated by another compressor, but there is a thick frost on the return pipe. Investigating these two libraries revealed that there was a thick frost on the evaporating coil, and the situation improved after defrosting. At this time, the number of starts of the compressor was reduced, and the temperature of the reservoir was also reduced, but it was not ideal. . Later, the upper and lower limits of the operation of the low-voltage controller were checked and found to be misadjusted to 0.11 - 0.15 NPa (gauge pressure, the same below), that is, the compressor was stopped when the pressure was 0.11 MPa, and the compressor was started when the pressure was 0.15 Pa. The evaporation temperature range is approximately -20 ° C to 18 ° C. Obviously this setting is too high and the amplitude difference is too small. Therefore, the upper and lower limits of the low-voltage controller are re-adjusted, and the adjusted value is 0.05-0.12 MPa, and the corresponding evaporating temperature range is about -20 ° C to 18 ° C. Thereafter, the system is restarted and the work returns to normal.

 

Several reasons for the frequent start of refrigeration compressors

The compressor in operation is controlled by high and low voltage relays. However, after most high voltage relays are tripped, they must be manually reset to restart the compressor. Therefore, the frequent start and stop of the compressor is generally not caused by the high voltage relay. Mainly caused by low voltage relays:

 

1. The amplitude difference of the low-voltage relay is too small, or in the joint temperature control system of the temperature relay and the low-voltage relay, the amplitude difference of the temperature relay is too small;

 

2. The suction and exhaust valve or safety valve of the compressor leaks, so the high pressure gas will leak to the low pressure system after the shutdown, the pressure will rise quickly and the compressor will start. After the start, the pressure of the low pressure system will be quickly pumped down, low pressure. The relay is stopped again;

 

3. The automatic oil return valve of the oil separator leaks;

 

4. Expansion valve ice plug.
